Heat Exchanger

Dai Dong Quang's oil–air heat exchanger is a specialized device for industrial heating systems, drying, and heat recovery. The equipment uses thermal oil as the hot medium to heat air to the required temperature for technological processes. Thermal oil flows inside the heat transfer tubes while air flows outside, absorbing heat from the hot oil. The outer surface of the heat transfer tubes is fitted with extruded aluminum fins to increase contact area, improve heat exchange efficiency, and prevent corrosion of the steel tubes. Dai Dong Quang's heat exchangers have thermal capacity from 1 million to 8 million kCal/h, capable of heating air up to 200°C with fast and precise temperature control. The equipment features high efficiency and continuous stable operation, suitable for industrial lines such as cassava starch drying, food drying, wood drying and other applications requiring high-quality hot air.

Dai Dong Quang's saturated steam–air heat exchanger is a specialized device for industrial heating systems, drying and air treatment. The equipment uses saturated steam as the hot medium to heat air to the required temperature. Steam flows inside the heat transfer tubes and condenses during the heat exchange process, while air flows outside the tubes absorbing heat from the steam. The outer surface of the heat transfer tubes is fitted with extruded aluminum fins to increase contact area, improve heat exchange efficiency and reduce heat losses. This design also helps minimize corrosion and extend equipment lifespan. The heat exchanger provides fast heating, maintains stable temperature, and ensures hot air quality for continuous production processes.

Dai Dong Quang's equipment cooling heat exchanger is a specialized solution for air cooling systems in industrial equipment. The equipment uses cold water to absorb heat from hot air. Water flows inside the heat transfer tubes while air flows outside and is cooled as it passes through the heat exchange surface. The outer surface of the heat transfer tubes is fitted with aluminum fins to increase contact area, improve heat exchange efficiency and reduce heat losses. This design also increases durability and minimizes corrosion in harsh operating environments.

The economiser uses flue gas heat to pre-heat feed water before it enters the boiler, improving efficiency and reducing fuel costs. Hot flue gas flows outside the heat exchange tubes, water flows inside and absorbs heat, and feed water temperature can increase by 20–60°C. The equipment is manufactured from ASTM A192 or A106 GrB standard cast steel tubes, designed to maximize heat exchange efficiency between hot flue gas and water, ensuring high thermal performance and long-term durability in harsh operating environments. Dai Dong Quang provides economisers with new designs or reverse engineering from existing equipment, suitable for direct replacement without changing the system structure.

The air preheater uses flue gas heat to pre-heat the supply air entering the combustion chamber, improving combustion efficiency and reducing fuel costs. Hot flue gas flows inside the heat exchange tubes, air flows outside and absorbs heat, and air temperature can increase by 100–200°C. Dai Dong Quang provides air preheaters with new designs or reverse engineering from existing equipment, suitable for direct replacement without changing the system structure.
