Oil – Air Heat Exchanger

Dai Dong Quang's oil–air heat exchanger is a specialized device for industrial heating systems, drying, and heat recovery. The equipment uses thermal oil as the hot medium to heat air to the required temperature for technological processes. Thermal oil flows inside the heat transfer tubes while air flows outside, absorbing heat from the hot oil. The outer surface of the heat transfer tubes is fitted with extruded aluminum fins to increase contact area, improve heat exchange efficiency, and prevent corrosion of the steel tubes. Dai Dong Quang's heat exchangers have thermal capacity from 1 million to 8 million kCal/h, capable of heating air up to 200°C with fast and precise temperature control. The equipment features high efficiency and continuous stable operation, suitable for industrial lines such as cassava starch drying, food drying, wood drying and other applications requiring high-quality hot air.
