Steam Boilers
The core product behind DDQ's reputation across Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands. Integrated industrial boilers custom-designed per plant in three lines: solid-fuel, liquid/gas and multi-fuel fluidized-bed — safe, stable and fuel-efficient.
- Capacity 500 kg/h – 40 tons/h, pressure up to 25 at
- Multi-fuel: wood, coal, pellets, FO/DO oil, LPG/LNG, biogas
- 81–85% efficiency, designed to order
Thermal Oil Heaters
A high-temperature, low-pressure and cost-effective solution trusted by many major domestic and international clients. Includes biogas-with-wood/coal, liquid–gas and fluidized-bed lines that maximize the plant's available fuel sources.
- Capacity up to 10 million kCal/h, working temperature up to 300°C
- Uses biogas, saving up to 95% of drying energy costs
- 84–88% efficiency, low working pressure (~6 atm)
Heat Exchangers
DDQ designs, manufactures and installs a wide range of industrial heat exchangers: oil/steam–air units, water–air coolers, economisers and air preheaters — for heating, waste-heat recovery and equipment cooling.
- Capacity 1–8 million kCal/h, heats air up to 200°C
- Heat exchange efficiency up to 90%, extruded aluminium finned tubes
- Custom/OEM design or reverse engineering
